We are a company formed from an understanding that 2 things are particularly important in profit generation:
Firstly, that in attempting to deal with difficult situations it is common to make a leap to a perceived solution without fully assessing and addressing the real problem. Often, such actions result in the supposed ‘solutions’ failing; creating further problems, greater than the original ones. This is why we say “to build the solution, first define the problem”.
